Pinky Up (Dirty Martini)

Ingredients

2 1/2 ounces Marcado 28 Blanco Tequila
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce olive brine
Garnish: 2 to 4 olives

Method
  1. Add Marcado 28 Blanco Tequila, vermouth and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Double strain through fine mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
